Common Issues
Report not generating
Make sure your PDF file is not password-protected or corrupted. Try selecting it again from your device storage.
Photos not saving
Check that Planomark has permission to access your camera and photo library in your device settings.
App running slowly
Large PDFs with many high-resolution photos require significant memory. Try using a smaller PDF or reducing the number of photos per pin.
Subscription not recognized after purchase
Go to Settings and try restoring your purchase. If the issue persists, contact us with your order confirmation from the App Store or Google Play.
