Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings. You keep access until the end of your paid period.
What is the difference between monthly and annual?
Same Pro plan with the same features. Annual is cheaper per month: equivalent to $8/month billed once a year ($96), vs $12/month on the monthly plan.
Do I lose my projects if I downgrade to Free?
No. Your projects and data remain on your device. Only the Free plan limits apply again when creating new projects or reports.
Does the Lifetime plan include future updates?
Yes. Lifetime is a one-time payment that includes all Pro features and lifetime app updates, with no subscription.
Are there discounts for teams or education?
We are preparing team plans. If you need multiple licenses, write to us at support@planomark.com and we will find a solution.
What payment methods do you accept?
